I’m Elizabeth, a New York based psychotherapist. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University.

My goal is to support clients in building resilience and navigating life’s inevitable challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process—personalized, respectful, and rooted in trust.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic. I draw from relational therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Reality Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll define meaningful goals, identify obstacles, and create sustainable, actionable strategies for growth.

I have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, ADHD, career shifts, grief, and family dynamics.
